Lagercrantz has 28th of December 2023 acquired 86% of the shares in Diesel Power Finland Ltd., a leading manufacturer of generator sets for backup power solutions and fire sprinkler pumps in Finland. Diesel Power Finland has comprehensive experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, and service of reliable generator sets and fire sprinkler pump solutions. Generator sets are used to ensure the functionality of critical systems in the event of a power failure or at sites where access to the electric grid is impossible, and fire sprinkler pumps are used in extinguishing systems to ensures the availability of water in case of fire.
