Lagercrantz acquires Diesel Power Finland Ltd.
Lagercrantz has 28th of December 2023 acquired 86% of the shares in Diesel Power Finland Ltd., a leading manufacturer of generator sets for backup power solutions and fire sprinkler pumps in Finland. “Partnering with Lagercrantz, who is a long-term and experienced owner, will provide a strong platform for Diesel Power Finland’s continued development and growth. I very much look forward to continuing as MD and together with the management team bring the company to the next level”, says Mika Peltola, Managing Director of Diesel Power Finland.
